Paid pre-orders

A paid First Edition pre-order charges the amount shown at secure checkout and reserves a product in the first production run. The current estimated dispatch is December 2026. A customer may cancel for a full refund until Budavi LLC confirms that production has begun. If an order has not dispatched by 31 March 2027, the customer may request an immediate full refund. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights are not limited.

No-charge reservations

Submitting the price-hold or enquiry form does not charge you or create an obligation to buy. It records interest and may hold an introductory price for the stated invitation period, subject to availability and the checkout terms shown before payment.

Prices and company estimates

Consumer prices shown are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Company pricing is an estimate until Budavi LLC issues a written quote based on quantity, case, co-branding, delivery destination and timing. Taxes, duties and delivery charges are disclosed before a paid order is accepted.

Product information

Images show the First Edition design direction. Budavi LLC approves physical production samples before the run begins and communicates material changes to paid customers. Reasonable changes may be made to improve safety, durability or manufacturability; if a material change is unacceptable, the customer may cancel for a full refund before production.

Intellectual property

FIVEFORM names, copy, artwork, movement-card layouts, photography and site design belong to Budavi LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced, resold or used to create a competing product without written permission.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budavi LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this informational reservation site. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Company orders

Company enquiries are free. Unless a written quote states otherwise, an approved digital proof and 50% production deposit are required to start a co-branded run, with the balance due before dispatch. Personalized or co-branded products cannot normally be cancelled after production starts, without limiting defect remedies or mandatory rights.

Changes

These terms may be updated for future orders. The version presented and accepted at checkout or in a written company quote governs that purchase.
