Every buyer sees the available destination, shipping charge, estimated dispatch and total price before a paid First Edition pre-order is completed.

Delivery destinations

FIVEFORM is launching with tracked delivery to supported destinations in the United States and Europe. The exact available countries and rates are shown at secure checkout; additional destinations are added when reliable tracked delivery is available.

Production and delivery timing

First Edition products are made in one confirmed production run. The current estimated dispatch is December 2026. Material production updates are sent to paid customers. If an order has not dispatched by 31 March 2027, the customer may request an immediate full refund. Carrier estimates after dispatch are not guarantees where customs or carriers cause events outside our reasonable control.

Pre-order cancellation

A paid First Edition pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund until Budavi LLC confirms that production has begun. Any longer mandatory consumer cancellation right remains available.

Taxes and duties

Applicable sales tax or VAT is shown where it can be collected at checkout. International customers are told before purchase whether duties and import charges are included or may be due on delivery.

Returns

Unless a longer mandatory right applies, unused physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items should be in original condition with their presentation materials. Personalized or co-branded company orders are not returnable for change of mind, but statutory rights and defect remedies still apply.

Damage, defects and wrong items

Contact FIVEFORM promptly through the contact page with the order reference and photographs. Verified damaged, defective or incorrect items will be replaced, repaired or refunded as appropriate, including any rights required by local consumer law.

Digital products

Digital delivery and cancellation terms are disclosed before purchase. Where the law permits, access may begin only after the customer expressly agrees that immediate digital performance can affect a withdrawal right. Mandatory rights remain unchanged.
