Budavi LLC uses the minimum information needed to operate FIVEFORM pre-orders, reservations, company enquiries and customer care. We do not sell personal information.

Who controls your information

Budavi LLC, operating the FIVEFORM brand, is responsible for the personal information described here. Privacy requests can be submitted through the FIVEFORM contact page.

What we collect

When you submit a reservation or enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, country, organization, product preference, case-family preference and the note you provide. When you place a paid pre-order, Stripe processes the payment and checkout details needed for the transaction; Budavi LLC does not receive or store your complete card number. Basic technical and security logs may also be processed by our hosting providers.

Why we use it

We use this information to record reservations, answer company-gifting and professional-review enquiries, provide product and fulfilment updates, prevent abuse, improve demand planning and comply with legal obligations. We do not use health information to profile individuals and ask that you do not submit medical details.

Legal bases and consent

Where European data protection law applies, processing is based on your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or legal obligations. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Service providers and international transfers

Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, databases, email, payments, fulfilment and analytics, including Stripe for secure checkout. Budavi LLC may operate across the United States and Europe. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards will be used for international transfers.

Retention and your rights

Reservation and enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, normally no longer than 24 months without an active customer relationship. Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The current reservation site does not use advertising cookies. Essential hosting and security technologies may be used to operate the site. Any future analytics or advertising technology will be disclosed and, where required, offered only after consent.
